Delivery Arrangement
1. Orders will be shipped within 5 working days after payment is received normally
2. WhatsApp notification will be sent a day before delivery
3. Our courier delivery time is about 11:00 - 20:00 (without designated delivery time)
4. For the order chosing self pick-up from store, pick-up message will be sent via WhatsApp once the items are ready
Delivery Information
- Orders above $500 are entitled to free delivery**
- A charge of $80 will be applied to orders below $500, or you may choose to pick up the order from any of our stores or have it shipped via SF-Express (shipping fee paid by receiver) with no extra cost
- For choosing SF Express (Paid by Receiver), shipping fee varies depending on the size and weight of products, please visit SF-Express’s website for more information.
- If you have chosen Self-Pickup from one of our stores, we will message you via WhatsApp once the order has arrived the designated store.
- In order to prevent delays, please provide accurate shipping address and a valid local contact number
- Remote areas such as Discovery Bay and outlying islands will be shipped via SF-Express.
- Macao area will be shipped via SAN SAM IEK, the shipping cost will be paid by receiver. Please note that the risk shall be borne by customer. If the goods are lost or damaged during transport, we will not offer any compensation.
All orders will be processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.
If you have chosen to have the order shipped via SF-Express, please note that the risk shall be borne by customer. If the goods are lost or damaged during transport, we will not offer any compensation.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be modified or canceled unless it is due to product quality issues or stock unavailability
- Please inform us within 5 days if you have received a product you didn’t order or a defective product
- You only have 7 days to exchange the item or request for a refund.
- Return or exchange is only applied to products that are unopened and unused. (Except for defective products*)
- We do not accept any return or exchange request other than the reason mentioned above.
- Receipt must be presented.
- Shipping fee is not refundable.

Warranty
- Panasonic: 1 Year Manufacturer’s Maintenance (From receipt date, receipt must be presented)
- Parlux: 6 Months Manufacturer’s Maintenance (From receipt date, receipt must be presented)
- We provide 7 days warranty for all electronic items, please inform us immediately and return the goods to us once you notice a defect.
- We do not accept return or exchange including but not limited to:
– Man-made damage
– Self-repairs - Products must be in their original packaging.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
The Company reserve the rights to modify the policy at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of City Hair Dressing & Beauty Products Company Ltd. shall be final.
